Hi! I’m Belinda.  I am no stranger to being in a dark place, and feeling out of control with destructive spirals. I have been on my own healing journey now for many years and I am on a mission to bring what I’ve learnt about personal transformation, enhancing your wellbeing, and finding your souls purpose to as many people as I can.

As a trauma therapist for over 17 years, I have experienced burnout and the frustration of only reaching one person at a time. I decided to make a change in my life and work balance in 2022, and took on my yoga teacher training so that I could include retreats to my offerings on top of what I already knew about neuroscience and psychology.

I am passionate about spreading compassion, cultivating growth, tuning into your innate wisdom, healing repetitive patterns that no longer serve you, and connecting with your intuition. And I am especially driven to help women conquer self-sabotage and love themselves from the inside out. No more self-sacrifice ladies to the detriment of your wellbeing!

I want every individual to feel deeply connected & empowered to journey towards living the way their soul deserves.

Women and health professionals especially are profoundly susceptible to self-sacrifice, chronic stress and severe burnout, and it is my wish is to guide you out of that shame and disconnection to a place where you can love yourself the way you deserve.

For anyone who is sick of the endless struggle and downward spiral that a busy life can bring, struggling to find the time to self-care and finding it hard to be kind to yourself, you have come to the right place.
