Wednesday Morning Hatha Class - 9.30am - 10.30am

Start the day with this friendly, gentle hatha yoga class designed to help you move with mindfulness, approach your body with love, and release any stress or tension that you have built up over the week.

Thursday Night Hatha Class - 5.45pm - 6.45pm

Complete your day in the best way possible, by nurturing your body and mind with this Hatha yoga class in a body-friendly way. With a mixture of movement and also relaxation, and set yourself up for the best nights rest.

Monday Night Yin and Sound Bath Class - 6 pm
