Complete your day in the best way possible, by nurturing your body and mind with this Hatha yoga class in a body-friendly way. With a mixture of movement and also relaxation, and set yourself up for the best nights rest.

Held at the Girl Guide Hut on 381 Chatswood Rd, Shailer Park.
