Gentle yoga plus loving-kindness guided movements, learn self-compassion, and try transformative meditations that will give you tools to take away with you for ongoing growth and healing.

We start the day with gentle and intuitive hatha yoga, science-informed meditative techniques, intention setting, then move onto befriending your inner parts, and reconnecting with yourself, “tapping” for stress or difficult emotions, mindful movement and grounding, and completing the day with Yoga Nidra and a balancing yin/yang meditation.

Release your blocks to self-nurturing, take care of your self, and renew your hearts intention!

This is the perfect day to get in touch with your divinity, look inside, and walk into your future with fresh hope.

Morning tea and a delicious lunch is also provided within a nurturing environment to let go and reconnect.
