Yoga for Office Stress!
My lovely friend (shout out to AVH Business Services!) asked me if I would do this video for her work mates, they (very wisely) dedicate time on a Friday to stretch, move and release any of the tension and emotion that has built up through the week in their very busy office! Yay to that I say! IF everyone took 10 minutes a day to move in a way that acknowledges your body, your emotions and the impact of the environment, we would live longer and feel better - guaranteed.
Sitting plus Stress equals Burnout!
This is a couple of ideas for that very purpose. Hope you like it! My version 3.0 is a little longer than 10 minutes - but hey you deserve it!
